Who we are

Reflows is an IT & AI consultancy based in Breda, North Brabant, the Netherlands, specializing in dynamic scheduling and logistics optimization. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Company registration details (KvK and VAT numbers) are being finalized and will be published here as soon as registration completes.

What we collect, and why

• Contact details you send us — if you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide (typically your name, work email, company and a description of your scheduling challenge). We use it solely to respond to you and arrange the consultation you requested. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Technical data — this website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this site.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We do not use your data for marketing you didn't ask for.
• We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels on this website.
• We do not make automated decisions about you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, at most two years after our last contact — unless the enquiry leads to an engagement, in which case contract and bookkeeping data are retained as required by Dutch law (generally seven years).

Where it's processed

Email and business administration run on established cloud providers. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing. Email hello@reflows.ai and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data — for example when our client platform launches — we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
